Homemade DIY coffee sugar scrub for glowing skin

Are you tired to buying expensive body scrubs that are filled with chemicals, and now wish to make one at home? I’ve got you!

Have you ever wanted smooth, glowing skin without spending a fortune on store-bought scrubs? The good news is—you can make your own body scrub at home with just a few simple ingredients from your kitchen. This DIY coffee sugar body scrub is not only affordable but also super effective in exfoliating dead skin cells, softening and nourishing your skin, and leaving you refreshed

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted if solid)
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite body wash

HOW TO MAKE IT?

Take a container, say an empty container of your old scrub or any other good quality plastic or glass container with a cap. You can choose to make it everytime fresh, but I prefer the container one so that you don’t have to make it again and again.

In this container, add grinded sugar, coconut oil, coffee powder and body wash. The quantity depends on the size of the container. Fill 3/4th of the container with sugar and a little coffee grounds. Add coconut oil and body wash, in a good enough quantity so that when you give it a mix, it becomes a thick, smooth and grainy.

And VIOLA, the scrub is ready!!!!!!!

HOW TO USE IT?

In the shower, massage the scrub on damp skin. Make sure to massage it thoroughly, and on areas such as knees, elbows and feet, since these areas are generally rough. After a good scrub, rinse with normal water. Pat dry with towel. There is no need to moisturize post shower, because the coconut oil in the scrub acts as a natural moisturizer for the skin.

You can store this scrub for upto 2 -3 weeks and use it atleast twice a week for visible results.

This DIY coffee sugar body scrub is the perfect blend of exfoliation and hydration. It’s quick to make, budget-friendly, and works like magic. Once you try it, you might never go back to expensive store-bought scrubs again!
